We take reasonable care to present our company and platforms accurately. Descriptions, images and technical information may be updated as development continues. Visualisations and photographs are for illustration. We do not claim completed customer deployments or proprietary manufacture of third-party hardware.

Submitting an enquiry does not create a contract, order or supply commitment. Any supply of hardware, software or services is agreed separately in writing.

The Shine Robotics name, wordmark, website content and original graphics are owned by Shine Robotics or used under licence. You may not copy or use them without permission, except as allowed by law.

The website is provided for general information. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot legally be excluded.
